Original compositions

In 2021, the award winning podcast “Reading Women” began using my music for their new recurring theme music. My original composition “Shin’nen” was premiered in 2020 during a live streamed concert on Facebook Live, which surpassed 1.2K views. My original composition “Blowtorch (A piece for 3 cellos)” was premiered at Indiana University and aired in its entirety on WFHB Radio Bloomington in May 2018.  My original flute composition “Stillness” was featured in the Composer Connection Concert of the Greater Cleveland Flute Society in April 2017. To find out more about my compositions and arrangements, please feel free to contact me.

“Yoga/Meditation Music”

Listening to 396hz frequency is believed to help release feeling of fear, guilt and trauma. The sound of 396hz frequency is played throughout the whole entire music of this video. I composed this bamboo flute music to spread the benefits of listening to 396hz solfeggio frequency.

I composed this taiko-drum infused piece as a music for Japanese movie trailers. I recorded this music in my home studio and added clips of movies by Akira Kurosawa for visual effects.

A piece for Harp and English Horn

I was composing this beautiful piece up until March 2020, working with a Harp player and an English Horn player, but the pandemic happened and we decided to "postpone" the project... it's been 2 years, and we haven't worked on it since. If you are interested in playing it and would like the sheet music, please email me at mikisaito333@gmail.com.
