The truth about 2,000 subscribers on my shinobue YouTube channel

On August 29, 2024, my YouTube channel, which is all about the beautiful shinobue flute, hit 2,000 subscribers! 🎊

Google says that out of the 100 million YouTube creators, only 10 million channels have surpassed 1000 subscribers. That means that if you have 1000 subscribers, you're in the top 10% of all YouTube creators. So, reaching 2K is a big deal, and I'm super excited about it!

Why did my channel become successful?

It's not because MatPat of Game Theory grew up behind my old house in Ohio and was my daughter's swimming teacher (but that's true).

It's all thanks to the power of the shinobue flute.

And hey, I think it was fate! I started my channel in July 2022, the same exact month Xenoblade 3 was released, and I didn't even plan for it. Heck, I didn't even know what Xenoblade was at that time!

I truly believe the Universe meant for this incredible instrument to be shared with the whole world, and I'm just here as a servant of this purpose.
