Takeda no komoriuta (Lullaby for Takeda Region) 竹田の子守唄 - Free Sheet Music for Shinobue

 
 
 

Konnnichiwa! Takeda no komoriuta is a very sad Japanese folk song. It talks about a girl who was forced to work as a nanny to support her family.

I created a sheet music with 3 ways to play this song. The first 2 ways are very easy, but the 3rd way is a bit more difficult with many kan on.

  • Difficulty Level (4 being the hardest): 1 (Very Easy) - 2 (somewhat easy)

  • I love this melancholy melody!!

  • Sheet music contains western style notation for 6 hon choshi, but if you use the Japanese fingering numbers, you can use any hon choshi.
